At Maison Croix Noire, each candle is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund policy prior to placing your order.
All Sales are Final
All purchases made through Maison Croix Noire are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as scent preference, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisoncroixnoire@gmail.com with the following:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Maison Croix Noire is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the carrier directly or selecting a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Address
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing. Once processing begins, cancellations are not permitted.
Gift Orders
Refunds or replacements for gift orders will be issued as store credit only, if applicable.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
